Hope LoanPort (HLP) Portal for State of Nevada’s Foreclosure Mediation Program:

Home Means Nevada, Inc. (HMN) is pleased to announce our partnership with Hope LoanPort’s (HLP) web-based portal for the State of Nevada’s Foreclosure Mediation Program.

  • Visit the Program Web Page to log into the portal or get additional information at https://hlp.org/nevada.
  • Get Registered. It’s simple and quick to get registered to use the HLP system:
    • Company System Administrator – Since the HLP Nevada mediation portal is a dedicated portal gateway, the first step is to check if there is a system administrator for your company registered for credentials for the HLP Nevada portal.
      • If not, please have the appropriate party use the Registration link on the program web page. It only takes a few minutes to complete the registration process. Credentials will then be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided within 24-48 hours.  If credentials are not received within this timeframe, please contact support@hlp.org.
      • If so, please contact your company’s system administrator who is able to create credentials for all staff within your company.
    • Trustees, beneficiaries, loan servicers, holders of the note, debtor’s attorneys, and creditor’s legal counsel are all able to register for HLP Nevada mediation portal by following the instructions above.
    • Homeowners who are self-representing as Pro Per/Pro Se will be able to register soon.  Please check back soon for updated information and contact HMN at 702-789-7349 or info@homemnv.org if you have any questions.
